MAGIC-ACCESS®

The Stanley Magic-Access® low energy operator can automate virtually any swing door; new or existing. Engineered to meet the most difficult applications, Magic-Access® effortlessly provides a full range of automatic door functions to an otherwise manual door. The operating mechanism installs on the door frame in place of a conventional closer and works with virtually any wood, metal or glass door up to 44” wide.

The Magic-Access® offers a variety of operating functions:

• Low energy automatic operation through the use of an activation sensor.

• Operates as a manual door with the option of activation from a pushbutton, wall-switch or card reader.

• Operates as a manual door with the option of the Magic-Touch™ feature - a movement of 3° automatically opens the door.

The state-of-the-art electro-mechanical operator works in conjunction with a sophisticated electronic controller and a variety of activating devices. The end result: quiet, smooth, automatic door control without compromising building traffic flow and architectural aesthetics.

PUSH PLATES

Stanley push button controls are available with large, easy-to-activate push plates. Hardwired or radio controlled push plates are available in a wide variety of finishes, sizes, profiles and logo choices.

Switches may also be mounted to posts and rails.

RADIO CONTROLS

For areas requiring longer-range signaling, Stanley digital radio equipment provides reliable activation from up to 70 feet away. Matching wavelength receivers permit distinction between multiple doors, and security settings can be changed in minutes.

THE MC521 CONTROLLER

The MC521 Controller Platform is a completely re-engineered controller for a new generation of automatic doors. This new controller allows easier set up and tuning and eliminates wiring a separate interface board. Functions such as door type, motor type, handing, speed, hold-open delay, and more, are all set up using a Palm Powered™ handheld computer.

• Auto-Tune. During setup the controller will adjust to optimum values based on size and weight.
• Closed-loop speed control. Drive design automatically adjusts to changing environmental conditions, ensuring consistent door motion.
• Replaces five controllers. Five controllers will be superceded by the MC521 controller.
• Eliminates accessory modules. Contains the accessory module functions making separate boards unnecessary.
• Palm Powered™ Interface. With a handheld computer screen interface, all function adjustments are clear and cannot be overlooked.
• Upgradeable through software. New versions of the controller will be available as software upgrades, making it simple and easy to get additional functions and features.
• Troubleshooting function. The Palm Powered™ interface includes a troubleshooting function that allows you to check statuses as well as input and output variables.
• On-board controls. Push buttons on the controller board itself allow for a full range of adjustments without the handheld computer.

• Retrofittable to HDLE, Dura-Glide® and MA900 controls.

An upgrade package available for Magic-Force™,Dura-Glide®, Double Diamond and Magic-Access® door systems will make it possible to standardise all door systems.

INTEGRATED BATTERY BACKUP

The new Integrated Battery Backup system allows your automatic door system to continue operating safely in a power outage. The compact
design allows it to all fit conveniently inside the header.
